"The project was fast-paced like a high-speed train with blurred windows. But we all made the destination!"
Work & Approach
Responsibilities included reporting, weekly meetings, managing client’s mini-tenders, coordinating partners, and maintaining information flow. The core objective was to uphold the project schedule, manage the budget, maintain employee satisfaction, and deliver a functional result that met the client’s expectations.
Breakthroughs
The project unfolded under rapidly evolving conditions: preparing a budget under changing circumstances, frequent recalculations, ongoing decision-making, prioritization, and integrating new requirements. For many stakeholders, this was their first project of such scale. Nevertheless, the outcome justified the effort.
